Raw Vegan Coconut Truffles
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Raw Almonds
1/3 cup Raw Cashews
2/3 cup Rolled Oats
2/3 cup Coconut Flakes
3 tbsp Agave Nectar
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1/3 cup shredded coconut (or shred some coconut flakes!)How to:
In a food processor, blend almonds, cashews, oats, and coconut flakes until a flour forms. Add in agave nectar and maple syrup. Once it becomes a doughy consistency, roll into balls. After…roll the balls around in the coconut shreds. Refrigerate. Enjoy the deliciousness! :)
